In today’s world,thanks to the rapid progress of science and technology,the use of devices such as phones or computers is more and more widespread than ever.Hence,it is believed to lead to the loss of human ability to have face-to-face conversations.From my perspective,I totally advocate this point of view.

To start with,the first and foremost reason why people tend to contact online via mobile phone or computer is the convenience that such devices bring to our lives.As long as they have stable Internet access,users can make use of mobile phones to contact anyone in every corner of the world.In comparison with travelling a far distance to visit their friends or relatives,this alternative,apparently,is more time-saving and cost-effective,especially for those who are busy at work or study.Gradually,people prefer online communication to traditional ones.This tendency,however,may result in the overreliance of users on these technological devices,which may result in the downfall of face-to-face communication in their daily life.

首先，人们倾向于使用手机或者电脑进行线上交流的最重要原因是这些设别给我们生活所带来的便利性。只要他们拥有稳定的网络连接，用户就可以利用手机联系设计上任何角落的任何人。与长途旅行拜访朋友或亲戚相比，这一方法显然更加节省时间和成本，尤其是对于那些忙于工作或者学习的人来说。逐渐地，人们相比于传统方式而言，更加喜欢线上交流。然而，这一趋势可能导致用户过度依赖这些技术设备，造成日常生活中面对面交流的减少。

Besides,the allure of apps and games in such devices may be another reason that prevents people from communicating person-to-person.Since there are a host of tempting games and interesting apps on mobile phones or computers,users will probably keep their eyes glued to the screen all day.For instance,some teenagers are addicted to playing games or surfing social network sites such as Facebook and they even avoid interacting with their family members or friends in real life.Consequently,this may isolate themselves from the whole society and in the long term,lead to their lack of face-to-face communication skill.

其次，这些设备上应用和游戏的诱惑可能是阻碍人们面对面交流的第二个原因。因为手机或电脑上有着大量充满诱惑的游戏和有趣的应用，用户可能一整天都盯着屏幕。例如，一些青少年沉迷玩游戏或者浏览社交网络。他们在真实生活中甚至避免与家人和朋友互动。这样一来，他们将自己与整个社会隔绝，长此以往会造成面对面交流技能的缺失。

结论

In conclusion,I argue that the overwhelming use of mobile phones and computers will result in the loss of person-to-person communication ability.I suppose that everyone should adjust their dependence on such devices in order to prevent themselves from lacking face-to-face interaction.
